Contract possibilities
After a one-month trial period at DDW, you will first sign a one-year contract. If we are both still enthusiastic after a year, we will give you a permanent contract.
Application process
The first interview will focus on a personal introduction and will be with me. This will be quickly followed by a follow-up interview with a future colleague to discuss technical matters.
Based on the outcome of these interviews, we will check your match with the team and the position. If the outcome is positive, you will be invited for a second interview for further deepening and fine-tuning of the wishes of both parties.
