As a Senior UX Designer at Milkymap, you play a crucial role in the design process of our digital products and services. You will be responsible for creating an effective, efficient and enjoyable user experience, aiming to optimise the interaction between users and our application.
You will work closely with our diverse team of graphic designers, developers and product owners to achieve a seamless and optimal user experience. By conducting user research, you will understand users’ needs and expectations and create detailed user profiles and workflows, providing valuable insights for a user-friendly and intuitive application.
Designing the user interface from the customer’s perspective is an important aspect of your role. You will analyse the steps the customer will take and create an intuitive and streamlined flow based on this. Besides focusing on user experience, you will also work with graphic designers to optimise the visual aspects of the application.
As we serve both large customers and SME clients, you will understand the target audience and create designs that meet their needs and expectations. You have direct contact with these clients to discuss their current challenges. You also lead a front-end developer on content level, where technical knowledge and experience are key.
As a Senior UX Designer, you take on a pivotal role in driving the design process, ensuring the success of our products and the satisfaction of our customers.
